HIGH OCTANE RACING - OVAL TRACK SPECTATOR DRAGS & TIMED HOT LAPS

Join us at the raceway for a unique oval track racing event.  Your driver ticket includes practice hot laps, elimination-style spectator drags, and hot lap time trails.  DRIVER REGISTRATION IS $75 & includes one mechanic/guest paddock ticket

All makes and models (no motorcycles) and all experience levels are welcome to join the fun! This is the perfect opportunity to see what your ride can really do on our historic .375 mile paved oval racetrack!

1). Race the clock.... a single driver runs four laps & we record the single best lap time.  Fastest time of the night wins.

2) Race side by side around the oval with one other driver for a classic spectator drag competition.  We will race elimination style, best two out of three round robin until we have a winner.  

**In addition to the all makes all models racers, this event is open to Legends cars for their own spectator drags competition & timed hot laps.  This will not be a typical Legends practice. You will only be able to run single-timed hot laps & spectator drag-style races.  But works great for test & tune prior to race weekend.

What is C&O's version of spectator drags?  *This is a true ‘run what you brung’ all makes all models oval race. All match-ups are determined in the paddocks by the drivers or simply by chance of the lineup.  Vehicles will race best 2 out of 3 laps. ⅜ mile side by side 1 VS 1. This is elimination-style racing. This will be a round-robin format with no opportunity to work on the car between rounds. We will be hot lapping. If you lose, you will return to the pits for the remainder of the competition. (BUT DON'T LEAVE MORE DRIVING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT!) If you win you will get back in line. Failure to get back in line will result in forfeiture. 

BOTH THE DRAGS & TIMED HOT LAP WINNERS RECEIVE A $100 LANIER RACEWAY GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT CAN BE USED FOR DRIVER REGISTRATION, SPECTATOR TICKETS, KARTING & MORE!

Race Registration is $75 

Event Timeline:

Gates open to drivers 1.5 hours prior to the start of the event.

Drivers Meeting: 30 minutes prior to the track going hot

On-Track Time Begins with Practice Hot Laps (One at a time)

Time Trail Hot Laps Competition (One at a time)

Spectator Drags Competition - All makes, All models races

Spectator Drags Competition - Legends Racers

The event concludes with Open Hot Laps (One at at time)
